Meet Your Coach

Nancy Rudy is the founder of Tide of Love, a women’s empowerment organization dedicated to helping women reach their fullest potential. She started the organization after coming to a point in her life where she felt stuck and discovered she had some internal barriers preventing her from living out her best version of life. Nancy believes that our experience throughout life creates protective barriers that we must break through in order to bring out new experiences of love, joy, strength, and connection. She wants to share her story and help other women who may be facing similar struggles. Nancy has an extensive background in personal development and provides services such as one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and retreats to help women reach their goals. She is passionate about helping women have the courage to break through their barriers and discover their true potential.
